Do I need to print my ticket?
There is no need to print your ticket. We simply ask that you keep it easily accessible on your phone, as it will be required at the main entrance.
When will I receive my e-tickets?
Tickets will be sent by email approximately four weeks before the event. All tickets for the 2026 event will be digital. Click here to access your tickets.
Getting to the Golf National
Where can we be dropped off and picked up if we are travelling by minibus?
Minibuses are not permitted to enter the FedEx French Open site. Drop-off and pick-up are available at the entrance to public car park P2.

Taxis are not permitted to enter the FedEx French Open site. Drop-off and pick-up are available at the entrance to public car park P2.
Is there a shuttle service to and from the train station?
The FedEx French Open offers a free shuttle service to and from Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines train station from Thursday, September 24 to Sunday, September 27, 2026. Shuttles from the train station to Le Golf National will run hourly from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Shuttles from Le Golf National to the train station will run hourly from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, but please be aware that the terrain can be uneven. The ground may become slippery, particularly when wet. Appropriate footwear should be worn to help prevent injuries.

Is free Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the event in the FedEx French Open Village. A dedicated sign with all the relevant details will be available on site.
Is there a dress code?
Smart-casual golf attire is recommended. Appropriate footwear must be worn to help prevent injuries. Please check the weather forecast before setting off.
Will there be somewhere to store bags or jackets?
Unfortunately, there will be no cloakroom or luggage storage facility.
Will there be bicycle parking at the event?
Yes, visitors arriving by bicycle will be able to leave their bikes at car park P2.
